Description

The NYS Office of Mental Health and Central New York Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Generator & Ancillary Equipment at Central New York Psychiatric Center located at 9005 Old River Rd, Marcy, NY 13403. The work includes performing preventive maintenance tasks as detailed in the Program Work Plan located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 30, 2026, and bids are due by July 22, 2026. Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOB) participation goals apply to this contract.
