The NYS Office of Mental Health and New York State Psychiatric Institute are seeking a contractor through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to provide preventive maintenance services for the Building Management System (BMS) and ancillary equipment at the New York State Psychiatric Institute located at 1051 Riverside Drive, New York, NY. The contract term is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2031. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 29, 2026, and bids are due by July 21, 2026. The facility is undergoing a design phase renovation expected to begin in 2028, which will replace the main controller and terminal equipment on Floor 6 of Building 4.
