Description

The Genesee Transportation Council (GTC), on behalf of Ontario County, is seeking consulting services to conduct the Manchester Active Transportation Plan. The project aims to design a coordinated, data-informed, and community-driven strategy to improve walking, bicycling, and other non-motorized transportation across the Town of Manchester, the Villages of Manchester, Shortsville, Clifton Springs, and the Hamlet of Port Gibson.
