Description

The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is seeking quotes for a full replacement of the existing roof systems at two houses located in Sterling Forest State Park. The work includes removal and disposal of old roofing materials and installation of new roof systems totaling approximately 4,645 square feet. Specific tasks include removal of shingles, inspection and replacement of roof decking, installation of ice and water shield, replacement of rotten fascia, installation of drip edges, vents, shingles, ridge vents, gutters, and leaders.
