The Ticonderoga Natural Foods Cooperative, Inc. is soliciting proposals from design-build construction firms for the renovation of its 1,910 sq ft ground-floor retail grocery and commercial kitchen located at 109 Montcalm St., Ticonderoga, NY. The project scope includes a new storefront facade, completion of the commercial kitchen, interior reconfiguration to include cafe seating, energy efficiency upgrades, electrical upgrades, and a safe rear egress linking to McCormick Street and the River Walk. All work must comply with NYS Homes & Community Renewal guidelines, SHPPO standards, ADA requirements, NYS Dept of Agriculture & Markets regulations, and other applicable codes.
