Description

Allegheny County is seeking a contractor to provide 24/7 tire repair and replacement services for various vehicles including heavy equipment, forklifts, trucks, passenger cars, and grounds keeping equipment. The service includes responding to call outs for vehicles stranded on roads, off-road job sites, contractor's business locations, PennDOT's Maintenance Garage, or anywhere within Allegheny County. The contract term is for one year with options to renew. The contractor will not supply tires but will install tires provided by PennDOT and is responsible for returning used tire casings to the department.
