FEMA Region II is seeking a contractor for generator preventative maintenance services at Naval Weapon Station Earle, Colts Neck, NJ. - Government Buyer: - Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region II - Office: FEMA Region II, Naval Weapon Station Earle - OEMs and Vendors: - MTU Onsite Energy (Generator Model GS00350N6SRAS0983) - ASCO (300 Series ATS Switch) - Products and Services Requested: - Preventative maintenance for MTU Onsite Energy Emergency Generator (Model GS00350N6SRAS0983, 350 KW, natural gas) - Quarterly run-up services (3 per year) - Annual maintenance (1 per year) - Repairs as needed - Preventive maintenance for ASCO 300 Series ATS Switch (3 per year) - Generator Monitoring System assessment and proposal (1 per year) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment - Detailed reporting and adherence to FEMA specifications - Load bank testing during annual maintenance - Emergency availability outside routine hours - Assessment and proposal for upgrading generator monitoring system with event-driven communication (SMS/email) - Repairs require prior government approval with cost estimates - Period of Performance: - Base period of one year with four one-year option periods (up to five years total) - Services performed Monday-Friday, 0800-1700, with emergency response outside these hours

The Purpose of this Solicitation is to procure Generator Preventative Maintenance Services for Federal Emergency Management Agency, Naval Weapon Station Earle, 201 Route 34, Building C-54, Colts Neck NJ 07722.
