The County of Union is requesting proposals for Social Services Programming Grant Funds for the period July 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, with options to extend for additional periods. Proposals must be submitted by June 18, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. EDT to the Union County Administration Building in Elizabeth, NJ. Submissions require one original paper copy and one PDF electronic copy on a thumb drive, all sealed and labeled appropriately. Late submissions or proposals via fax or email will not be accepted.
