Description
This solicitation is an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of standing Host Nation Support Augmentation capabilities, specifically Arctic-compatible deployable camp and auxiliary services. The scope includes the deployment, operation, maintenance, and redeployment of cold weather environment-compatible infrastructure and services such as deployable camps, auxiliary services including cleaning, laundry, fuel supply, water supply, waste management, pest control, and camp security services. The contract aims to support NATO's Operational Logistics Support Partnership by enhancing Host Nation Support capabilities for Reception, Staging, and Onward Movement of Allied and Partner Troop Contributing Nations in cold weather environments. The contract is intended for a three-year base period with two one-year options, and prospective bidders must be capable of delivering all specified capabilities across designated climate zones.
