11th Night Vision Surveillance Equipment (NVSE) Conference / Industry Day – NATO NSPA Industry Engagement Event

This event is the 11th Night Vision Surveillance Equipment (NVSE) Conference / Industry Day, organized by NATO NSPA's LM - Rockets and Missiles division and hosted by Hungary. - Purpose: Facilitate engagement between military/NSPA specialists and OEMs regarding acquisition and support of night vision and thermal weapon sights. - Focus: Sniper weapon sights (clip-on and standalone) for day/night vision, and thermal devices for medium to heavy machine guns (up to 800 meters). - Participation: - Open to OEMs eligible to do business with NSPA. - Only mature, non-prototype systems (Technology Readiness Level above 7) will be considered. - Maximum of 16 companies can participate. - Export-controlled equipment must be coordinated with NSPA. - Activities: - OEMs can brief NSPA and NATO nations, display equipment, and conduct live demonstrations at a military range. - No specific OEMs, products, or part numbers are listed in the notice.

Description

The solicitation is for the 11th Night Vision Surveillance Equipment (NVSE) Conference, a service event organized by NSPA and hosted by Hungary. The conference aims to bring together military and NSPA specialists with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) within NATO to exchange operational, technical, and logistics information related to Sniper Weapon sights and related equipment. Participating OEMs will have the opportunity to brief on their products, display equipment at a military training facility, and demonstrate products at a firing range. The event is scheduled for 26 to 28 May 2026, with registration required by 22 January 2026.
