Description
This opportunity is a notification for a planned sole source award for the provision of SINA laptops and related hardware and software. The contract includes an annual replacement program of up to 40 SINA laptops, initial procurement of 140 laptops planned for 2025, and subsequent procurements every two years. It also covers replacement of SINA servers, consultancy support, annual software maintenance, and licenses for the SINA network. The sole source basis is due to IT infrastructure integration limitations and accreditation requirements. The tentative RFP date is September 30, 2024.
