Description
This opportunity involves providing architecture and engineering consultancy services to assist and advise NSPA on a bulk fuel storage facility project located in Latvia. The work includes technical, cost estimation, and value-engineering expertise across various trades such as fuel infrastructure, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pavements, landscape, utilities, firefighting, and communication systems. The scope covers intermediate and technical reviews of the 100% design, ad-hoc technical reviews, support during solicitation of the construction contract, and hourly rate services for ad-hoc advice. Knowledge of Latvian regulations is desirable but not mandatory. The project is at the stage where the 100% detailed design is being prepared, which will be the basis for soliciting the construction contract estimated at approximately 13 million EUR.
