Description

This solicitation is for the provision of architectural and engineering (A&E) services for the design of new office spaces and other premises at the NATO Support and Procurement Agency's Southern Operating Centre (NSPA SOC). The requirement is divided into four lots: conversion of Building 3, demolition and reconstruction of Building 1W, demolition and reconstruction of Building 5W, and development at Gioia del Colle. Bidders may submit proposals for single or multiple lots, but partial bidding within a lot is not accepted. The contract will be firm fixed price and includes detailed bidding instructions and compliance requirements.
