Description

This solicitation is for a service contract to consolidate and migrate the E3A Hub platform to Angular. The work includes establishing a new application development model, release process, developer onboarding, observability tooling, and building a prototype application integrating Angular front-ends with ASP.NET HTTP APIs and Akka.NET actor system. The contractor will also provide handover, knowledge transfer, and ongoing engagement sessions to the NSPA LW IT team.
