Description

This solicitation is for the supply of Network Test Access Points (TAPs) and maintenance services. The contract is intended to establish an Outline Agreement for approximately 70 Network Taps over a five-year period, with a three-year base and a two-year extension option. The TAPs include copper and fiber network TAPs of various speeds and must allow copying traffic without packet loss, be fail-open, and not require internet access. Bidders must have prior experience with these solutions in NATO or equivalent restricted environments. Detailed requirements will be provided in the Request for Proposal scheduled for January 30, 2026.
