Description
This opportunity is for a service contract involving the provision, organization, and coordination of worldwide chartered aircraft services for transporting passengers or cargo. The contractor is required to provide airport-to-airport aircraft charter services and, where needed, related door-to-door transportation solutions using short-, medium-, and long-range aircraft. The contractor must offer a complete operational solution including mission planning, aircraft sourcing, schedule coordination, load planning, ticketing, cargo and passenger handling coordination, pre-carriage, operational support, mission monitoring, mission documentation, and post-carriage. The contractor must be legally and physically established in a NATO Member State and operate flights in compliance with all applicable aviation, transport, safety, security, customs, dangerous goods laws, regulations, standards, and NATO regulations.
