The City of Lawrence Municipal Airport is seeking proposals from qualified tenants and developers interested in leasing and developing a parcel, or portion thereof, of airport-owned property located at the Lawrence Municipal Airport in North Andover, Massachusetts. The RFP package is available for download starting June 8, 2026, and sealed proposals must be submitted by July 10, 2026. Questions regarding the RFP should be directed in writing to the Airport Manager. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and award the lease in the manner deemed most advantageous.
