Description
The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to reinstate approval of the ACF-700: Tribal Annual Report (OMB #0970-0430) with proposed revisions aimed at reducing annual burden hours. The report collects aggregate information from Tribal Lead Agencies on services provided under the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF), including data on children and families served, tribal quality activities, coordination with other early childhood programs, compliance with health and safety standards, and accreditation efforts. The revisions reduce administrative burden by eliminating repetitive questions and removing data collection related to the American Rescue Plan. The information supports the Office of Child Care in analyzing tribal program activities and demonstrating accomplishments.
