Pre-Solicitation Conference Announcement for Littoral and Expeditionary Maneuver (Exman) Program Support. A Pre-Solicitation Conference for this requirement will be held via Microsoft Teams on 23 June 2026, from 10:00am to 11:00am Central Time. Interested Offerors shall submit their intent to participate with the company name, CAGE code, and SeaPort MAC contract number, along with the name and email address(es) of personnel who shall be attending to Julia Phillips, Contract Specialist, via email at julia.m.phillips8.civ@us.navy.mil and Frances J.
