Description
The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone on the Monongahela River from mile marker 122 to 122.5 on June 27, 2026, from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. This safety zone is to ensure the safety of life on navigable waters during a fireworks display. The zone is intended to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from hazards associated with the overwater fireworks display. Entry into the zone is prohibited unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Pittsburgh or a designated representative.
