Description

Amendment 001 Update 16 June 2026:

The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to completely descope all physical repair work and transition the solicitation strictly to an Inspection, Testing, Certification, and Diagnostic Reporting requirement. Due to the unknown baseline condition of the crane systems, the Government has removed the requirement to price and perform unforeseen repairs. The resulting contract will establish the mechanical baseline and generate a Deficiency Correction Plan (DCP) for uncertifiable cranes, which the Government will use to formulate a separate, future procurement for repairs. As a result of this descope, the solicitation is extended from 22 Jun 2026 to 2 July 2026, 2:00 pm local time (Puerto Rico). All other terms and conditions, unless expressly specified in this amendment or future amendments, remain unchanged and in full effect.

See Summary of Changes for details.
