This platform will store all digital elevation certificates and assist the Office of Floodplain Management with monitoring community violations of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). The system must allow surveyors to upload Elevation Certificates, map them to specific parcels, and provide a searchable index of all properties in Florida with FEMA flood zone and map data. It should also enable internal staff to assist residents with floodplain inquiries and mark properties in violation of NFIP, streamlining compliance tracking and reporting across the state.
