The City of Tallahassee is soliciting qualifications from firms to establish a pool of prequalified contractors for as-needed Asphalt & Concrete Services. Work may include Asphalt Milling and Paving, Flatwork Concrete, Asphalt Patching, and related incidental services in support of roadway maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, resurfacing, utility cut restoration, and pedestrian infrastructure improvements. This RFSQ is qualifications-based only; no pricing is requested at this stage. Firms selected through this process will be eligible to receive requests for quotes or other project-specific pricing requests for future work during the contract term.
