The City of Palmdale is seeking a qualified consultant to provide professional civil and traffic engineering design services, along with public outreach services, for the 3rd Street East and Technology Drive Traffic Signal project (PN 934). The project scope includes replacing four-way stop signs with traffic signals, modifying signing and striping, extending road limits, adding turn pockets, upgrading signal heads, installing CCTV cameras, vehicle detection, pedestrian and bicycle detection, constructing curb ramps, pavement repair, drainage improvements, and conducting a traffic study.
