This opportunity is for secure, high-availability hosting services for two critical U.S. Air Force Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support websites (TMTCG and JMWWR): - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), EBWK, Robins AFB, GA - OEMs and Vendors: - Sole source: 8(a) Aleut Management Services, LLC - Products/Services Requested: - Secure, lossless, and rapidly recoverable website hosting for TMTCG and JMWWR - 24/7 monitoring, backups, patching, failover, and vulnerability remediation - Maintenance of all hardware, software, and licenses required for hosting - Quarterly backup/restore tests and semi-annual disaster recovery exercises - Delivery of technical reports and logs (server access, security, error, audit, referrer, agent, intrusion, uptime, patch, backup restore, disaster recovery, quality assurance, and mission essential contractor services) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Strict performance thresholds for uptime and security - Support for data growth and specified server environments - All services performed remotely within the Continental United States (CONUS) - Period of performance: 12-month base year plus four 12-month option years (up to five years total)

Description

This solicitation is expected to be sole source to 8(a) Aleut Management Services, LLC (Cage Code 35RK0) IAW FAR Part 19.108-7

Solicitation FA852026QB001 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). 

 The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision,  and non-personal services necessary to provide hosting services for the Tactical Missile Technical Coordination Group (TMTCG) and Joint Munitions World Wide Review (JMWWR) websites as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall provide services to the standards in the contract. The Government shall not exercise supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government
