Transport Canada requires an impartial Contractor to review and issue decisions on all eligible Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR) related complaints as soon as possible. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit feedback from the industry and identify Canadian Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) firms interested in this work. The RFI also aims to determine whether these firms have experience processing similar volumes of complaints under expedited timeframes. The work involves reviewing and deciding on complaints related to APPR to clear the backlog at the Canadian Transportation Agency.
