This opportunity seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive cleaning and inspection services for commercial kitchen exhaust systems at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 4th Civil Engineer Squadron Service Contracts Office and 4th CONS SQDN CC at Seymour Johnson AFB - Scope of Services: - Cleaning and inspection of commercial kitchen exhaust systems across multiple base facilities - Services include cleaning to bare metal, inspection for grease seepage, lubrication, fan belt replacement, adjustment of dampers, and detailed reporting - All labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials must be provided by the contractor - Work must comply with NFPA 96 (Standard for Ventilation Control and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations), OSHA, National Safety Council, DAFMAN 91-203, and environmental regulations - Coordination with the Fire Department and adherence to environmental and safety standards are required - Facilities Covered: - 3650 Dining Facility (4 cleanings/year) - 3710 Child Care Center (2 cleanings/year) - 3730 Bowling Center (4 cleanings/year) - 4082 Compass Cafe (4 cleanings/year) - 4601 Fire Department (2 cleanings/year) - 4610 Flight Kitchen (2 cleanings/year) - 4917 Kitchen (2 cleanings/year) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Cleaning must be performed by qualified technicians - Semi-annual and quarterly cleaning schedules depending on facility - Detailed service reports and compliance documentation required - Mission essential personnel must be identified for crisis continuation - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are referenced; the procurement is service-focused - Contract Structure: - Firm fixed price, with a base year and up to four annual option years - Services scheduled quarterly or semiannually as specified per facility

Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to perform comprehensive cleaning and inspection of commercial kitchen exhaust systems. All work shall comply with NFPA 96 Standard for Ventilation Control and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations, the National Safety Council, and DAFMAN 91-203.
