The Texas Education Agency (TEA), in partnership with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), is soliciting proposals for a ready-made Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to collect and report student vision screening data across Texas. This initiative, mandated by HB 2 (89th Texas Legislature), aims to replace fragmented and disconnected systems with a streamlined, user-friendly platform that supports fast data entry and offline functionality.
