The U.S. Embassy Pretoria, on behalf of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) South Africa office, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive mobile telephone services for 95 lines. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State - U.S. Embassy Pretoria - Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) South Africa office - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the solicitation is open to qualified mobile service providers in South Africa. - Products/Services Requested: - Mobile telephone service packages for 95 lines, with varying allowances for minutes, data, SMS, and roaming: - 24 lines: 1000 minutes, 15GB data, 30 SMS/month, roaming disabled, soft lock after data threshold - 63 lines: 1000 minutes, 20GB data, 30 SMS/month, roaming disabled, soft lock after data threshold - 2 lines: 100 minutes, 5GB data, 20 SMS/month, non-roaming, soft lock after data threshold - 6 lines (RED VIP): 44GB unlimited data, roaming enabled, soft lock after data threshold - Services include: - Local and international calls (to specific numbers) - International roaming (for specific lines) - SMS messaging - Voicemail in English - 24-hour customer service - Detailed billing - Data services - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must ensure at least 90% local network coverage and high-quality, uninterrupted service - Soft lock feature to suspend service once data threshold is exceeded - Technological refreshment and emergency recovery provisions - No mobile devices are to be provided; only service agreements are required - Contract includes a base year with two 12-month option years

Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a comprehensive cellphone agreement to cover all cellular and data requirements for the CDC, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s South Africa office, for a base year and two option years for renewal. NO DEVICES.  If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on Standard Form 1449 Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a comprehensive cellphone agreement to cover all cellular and data requirements for the CDC, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s South Africa office, for a base year and two option years for renewal.
