Description
This is a pre-solicitation notice in accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) 5.101 and 12.201-1(c)(2). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.
The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price supply contract to procure and replace nine (9) power inverters for 374th Communications Squadron (374 CS), Yokota Air Base, Japan.
Description: The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to provide and replace nine (9) power inverters at Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) Shelters at Yokota Air Base, in accordance with commercial practice and local standards in the country of Japan.
Delivery Location: Yokota Air Base, Tokyo, Japan

All offerors are required to have a Japanese CAGE Code (J-type NCAGE). This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to meet the requirement in the country of Japan.
