SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) Repair/Restoration of Four (4) 41-Foot Apostle Safeboat Interceptors | Nassau, Bahamas

The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), through U.S. Embassy Nassau, Bahamas, is conducting market research to identify capable firms that can assess, repair, refurbish, and restore operational readiness for four (4) 41-foot Apostle Safeboat Interceptors located in Nassau, Bahamas. The host-nation end-user is the Royal Bahamas Police Force (RBPF), Marine Unit.

This is a Sources Sought Notice/RFI only, issued solely for market research and acquisition planning purposes in accordance with FAR 15.201(e). This notice does not constitute a solicitation, and no contract award will result directly from this notice. The U.S. Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in responding to this RFI.

Please refer to the attached Sources Sought Notice/RFI and draft Statement of Work (SOW) in their entirety for full details, including vessel serial numbers, technical requirements, submission instructions, and the required company response format.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT: A single, coordinated site visit is scheduled for June 17, 2026, 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM (local Nassau time). Location details will be provided to confirmed attendees only. A maximum of two (2) representatives per vendor are permitted. RSVP Deadline: June 10, 2026.
