The City of Rancho Palos Verdes is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide administrative services and labor compliance for the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The scope includes technical assistance for program administration, preparation of agreements and amendments, coordination with County agencies, financial management, labor compliance monitoring including Davis-Bacon and HUD Section 3, and representation of the City in CDBG-related matters.
