Description

Pulaski County is soliciting separate sealed bids for the Providence Park Street, Drainage & Utility Improvements – Phase 3 project. The work includes construction for earthwork, erosion control, roads, sidewalks, storm drainage, electric, water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, and other improvements as shown in the plans and specifications. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 P.M. on June 7, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud thereafter. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 16, 2026, but is not mandatory. Bidders must include a bid security of 5% of the total bid if the bid exceeds $50,000 and must comply with Arkansas Contractors Licensing Law.
