Killeen Independent School District (KISD) is seeking proposals for a wide range of Building Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) equipment, supplies, and related services to support district facilities. - Government Buyer: - Killeen Independent School District (KISD), Purchasing Office - Products and Services Requested: - Comprehensive catalog-based supply of MRO equipment and materials, including but not limited to: - Appliance repair and supplies - Asphalt and concrete repair - Automotive, custodial, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and welding supplies - Flooring, roofing, glass, and paint products - Doors, hardware, restroom partitions, fasteners, and locksmith supplies - Groundskeeping, landscaping, and playground equipment - Rental equipment, refrigerants, and pressure washing supplies - Miscellaneous MRO-related items - Services related to the above product categories as offered by vendors - Procurement Details: - Vendors are to offer their full product and service lines with pricing based on a discount from catalog prices - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or quantities are specified; the solicitation is open to all qualified vendors - Multiple awards may be made based on competitive pricing, reliability, and vendor performance - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vendors must submit complete product/service catalogs - Pricing must be provided as a discount from standard catalog rates - Compliance with KISD insurance and documentation requirements is mandatory - The contract may be renewed for up to four additional years, with a possible 60-day extension to prevent service gaps

Description

The Killeen Independent School District is soliciting proposals for the purchase of Building Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) Equipment, Supplies, and Related Items & Services. The contract will allow the district to purchase on an as-needed basis from a competitively awarded contract. Vendors are requested to submit their full line of available products and services with competitive pricing based on a discount from catalog prices. The contract term is from approximately August 6, 2026, through August 5, 2027, with the possibility of four one-year renewals, and multiple awards may be made to vendors offering the best competitive pricing and service.
