The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of Riverside University Health System – Public Health, Injury Prevention Services, is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of Community Health Worker (CHW) services in Riverside County. The evaluation will assess CHW program outcomes, effectiveness, population health impact, and the contribution of CHW activities to overall service delivery.
