The Ganaraska Region Conservation Authority (GRCA) is issuing a Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) to invite interested contractors to submit pre-qualification information for the construction of an auxiliary building at the Ganaraska Forest Centre (GFC) to replace the former gymnasium. The project involves constructing a roughly 4,000 square foot building including 6 washrooms, 1 kitchenette, a utility room, an assembly room, and office space. Construction is expected to commence in August 2026 with substantial completion in early 2027. This RFPQ is the first stage in a two-stage process, with a request for tender (RFT) anticipated within 14 days after the closing of this RFPQ.
