The City of Diamond Bar is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide maintenance and supplies for seven copiers located at City Hall and the Diamond Bar Center. The contract will be for a 3-year term starting August 1, 2026, with options to renew for two additional one-year terms, totaling five years. Services include a 3-hour response time to service calls, diagnosis and repair including parts and labor, 100% coverage for toners and maintenance kits, delivery and installation of supplies, and provision of OEM supplies.
