Description
Pulaski County is seeking proposals to establish a contract for Online Auction Services in the State of Arkansas to liquidate and dispose of Government Surplus Property through a full service online auction platform. The vendor will be responsible for tagging and photographing county assets, uploading media to the auction platform, managing auction dates and times, setting minimum bids and reserve prices, restricting defaulting bidders, processing payment issues, and managing asset withdrawals and relisting. Proposals must be submitted through the specified application by the deadline, and financial pricing should not be included in the initial submission. Pulaski County reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals and is not obligated to award a contract.
