The City of Boynton Beach is soliciting sealed bids for the complete renovation and expansion of Pence Park located at 600 SE 4th Street, Boynton Beach, Florida. The project includes demolition and removal of existing site improvements, clearing and grading, construction of a synthetic turf multi-purpose field with fencing, lighting, bleachers, and shade structure, four pickleball courts, a new main building with multipurpose room, restroom, office and support spaces, parking, playground area with shade cover, maintenance/storage building, security fence, and dumpster. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project in accordance with the bid documents and applicable regulations. The City reserves the right to award to more than one contractor.
