Description
This task order solicits proposals to assist CMMI in operating the LAN and increasing alignment with CMS, private payers, states, providers, and other stakeholders to move payment away from traditional fee-for-service methods towards more effective alternative payment models (APMs). The goal is to bring innovators together to share best practices, identify barriers, and develop aligned strategies to increase adoption of resilient APMs that deliver high-quality, cost-efficient care. The contract is a competitive IDIQ with a planned start date of September 30, 2026, and duration to be determined.
