Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital - OEM Highlight: - Guldmann (Brand Name Only; no substitutions permitted) - Products Requested: - 2 Guldmann Ceiling Lift Systems - Safe Working Load: 825 lbs - Integrated patient scale, hanger bar, one sling per lift - Non-recessed, continuously charging track system (3x4 configuration, 10x13ft or smaller) - Includes all required hardware, track systems, and mounting components - Warranty: Hoists (3 years), Rails (25 years), Slings (3 years) - Services Requested: - White glove installation in two rooms (A122 and A126) - Installation over two consecutive days, one room per day - Includes above ceiling work, functional and load testing, verification of charging system and scale calibration - Correction of deficiencies prior to final acceptance - Contractor to provide all installation hardware and tools - On-site training for VA staff - Covers safe use, weighing function, basic maintenance - Provision of user manuals and maintenance guides - Unique Requirements: - Equipment must be compatible with existing Guldmann rail infrastructure - Standardization with current systems to ensure cost-effectiveness - Brand Name Only requirement strictly enforced; no alternative brands or substitutes allowed - Delivery required within 30 days after receipt of offer; installation within 14 days after delivery
