Description
Howard County, Maryland intends to establish on-call contracts with qualified firms to provide traffic and transportation engineering services on an as-needed basis. The County may make one or more awards to responsible consultants whose proposals represent the best value. The contract period is one year starting around December 15, 2026, with an option to renew for five additional one-year increments. Pricing and hourly rates will be firm for the first year, with possible adjustments during renewals based on the Consumer Price Index or up to 5%.
