Description
Huntsville Utilities is seeking bids for the IFB 26-054 Gemini Solar Control Building project located in Huntsville, Alabama. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the work in a timely, safe, and professional manner. Bids will be accepted only from qualified General Contractors licensed by the State of Alabama prior to the bid opening. A cashier's check or bid bond of at least 5% of the bid amount (not exceeding $10,000) is required with each bid, along with performance, payment, and maintenance bonds and insurance prior to contract execution.
