The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) is seeking experienced and qualified firms to provide on-call design services on an as-needed basis to support the Planning and Construction Department. The solicitation aims to establish a pool of qualified primary sources for special planning, programming, and specialty consulting services across various disciplines. Services include special inspection and testing, asbestos documentation and monitoring, commissioning and balancing of building systems, monitoring services, utility and line location services, and professional estimating services.
