Keyano College is soliciting proposals for a secure, cloud-hosted, enterprise-grade Unified Student Payment Platform that consolidates various student payment streams into one integrated solution. The platform must support tuition payments, Continuing Education fees, apprenticeship payments, refunds, reconciliation, reporting, and audit trails. It must integrate with the College's Anthology environment for account lookup, payment posting, status updates, reconciliation data, reporting, and audit requirements. The selected proponent will collaborate with Keyano College and product vendors to design, configure, test, implement, and support the payment integrations. Proposals must be submitted via email by June 26, 2026.
