LCCC is seeking to contract with a supplier for a wide variety of athletic gear, equipment, and supplies for its Athletic Department. The contract will be awarded to one firm for up to three years, with options to renew for two additional one-year terms. The selected supplier will be the exclusive source for these items during the contract period, except when specific items are unavailable. The supplier must be able to source equipment licensed by NJCAA and NCAA and carry brands such as Tachikara, Nike, Under Armour, Adidas, Mizuno, Reebok, and New Balance. Estimated needs and expenditures are detailed in the attached RFP document, and bulk purchases are preferred when feasible.
