Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) solicits proposals from qualified respondents to provide comprehensive elevator maintenance and repair services for the Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Capitol Complex Maintenance (CCM). The selected contractor will be responsible for all elevator equipment and associated components throughout the Capitol Complex and other state facilities in the Des Moines metropolitan area.
