Description

The Consolidated Health and Human Services Agency (CHHSA) is seeking a consultant to assist in establishing a new Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) to strengthen coordination, improve operational alignment, and enhance the delivery of housing and community development initiatives across the organization. The creation of OHCD aims to consolidate and streamline existing housing, neighborhood stabilization, homelessness response, grant administration, revitalization, and community development efforts into a centralized and strategically aligned structure. The CHHSA recognizes that current programs and functions may be fragmented across departments and funding streams and seeks a more cohesive organizational framework to improve efficiency, accountability, service delivery, and long-term strategic impact. The selected consultant will evaluate the current organizational environment and develop strategies to enhance the effectiveness of housing and community development programs.
