The Corporation of The Village of Cumberland is seeking proposals from qualified, professional construction contractors for the design-build of a park shelter and adjacent landscape improvements at the No. 1 Japanese Town heritage site in Coal Creek Historic Park as part of a Village Japanese Heritage Legacy project.
