The Department of General Services (DGS), Real Estate Services Division, Project Management and Development Branch is seeking qualifications from interested Design-Build Entities to provide professional Architectural/Engineering and Construction services for the design and construction of the Exposition Park Utility Replacement and Site Improvements project. The project addresses deferred maintenance issues in Exposition Park, including infrastructure upgrades, fire and life safety improvements, and ADA compliance. The project aims for Zero Net Energy, LEED Silver certification, and electrification without fossil fuels.
